I said “Morning I need a stud”, but after some awkward silence I realize I forgot to mention the make and model and year. So I followed up with that to which I received more awkward silence. I asked what else does he need which he said “You came in and told me the car but didn’t tell me what you need.” I responded “oh I had said I needed a stud”. Which he started berating me on what I said. I finally got out of there by saying “agree to disagree”, paying and leaving. This could have been handled much better, but at a minimum... read more
