Just wanted to thank Nathan A for helping me out any time that I go in the store. Super friendly and always helpful.
I went in for an oil filter today. There WAS three associates behind the counter. Two of them, the tall boy and the girl, just walked out. The phone was ringing nonstop, and I waited 20 minutes for just the oil filter. No telling how many sales were lost because no one could be bothered to keep working. Sadedt thing is, going to smoke a cigarette was more important than taking care of the people who keeps O'Reillys in business. No excuse for such poor customer service.
The employee there tried his best to help me and I got the brake caliper done and bled to get back home.
