I got the right one. – I went on craigslist, and after sifting through the junk, I found a great deal on a Ford F150 4x4. I went to Oregon Car Connection and there it was. It was exactly the truck that I had been searching for for two months. It is an extended cab 4x4 with a matching canopy and reasonable miles for under five grand. Most of the trucks that I had looked at around portland were worn out for the money. This one had brand new tires and even had a warranty available for the engine. The sales guy was polite, but h... read more
Quick and Easy – My experience was quick and easy, negotiations were fair and reasonable, which made my whole experience great. I don't care to play games in negotiations and Oregon Car Connection sales team gave a fair price up front, with only some minor haggling to finish the deal. I did have a tire out of balance on my new 2002 GMC Sierra, but they fixed the problem ASAP. So far I"m a happy owner of my first GMC, Sierra.
Mr Billy – Mr. Billy I wanted to take the opportunity to express how happy I am with the customer service that I received, while purchasing my brand new 2004 Ford Escape. The salesman Kenny K was a pleasure to deal with. It's refreshing, and made my husband and my decision a lot easier dealing with great people. So, thank you for the great customer service that your business provides. I will make sure to tell my family, friends, and coworkers about Oregon Car Connection. Sincerely, Cindy S
Bait and switch, beware shill reviews... – We saw the car we wanted in their Craigslist ad, called to verify, they assured us it was on the lot. Drove down, they couldn't locate it, but offered about a dozen other vehicles that were "All pretty much the same as what you want..." Except, they weren't. The same ad went back up on Craigslist, called, told them we didn't want to drive all the way down there if the car wasn't on the lot. Tony assured us it was right there in front of him... Needless to say, it wasn't. This time, ... read more
I like to travel – My last car was a Dodge Caravan. It lasted 7 years and 325000 miles. I couldnt afford a new one so I searched Craigslist and found a reasonable deal on a used one. I went to Oregon Car Connection and found a 2006 Grand Caravan with 79000 miles on it. My salesman let me have it inspected and he even talked me into a five year warranty. I researched the warranty after I bought the van and It turns out that it is actually worth the money I paid for it> It is good all over the US and Canada. I got a great deal... read more
HORRIBLE!!!!! – TONY THE TIGER SUCKS!!! I didn't even want a car, was just looking and got sucked in! He even told me "if you were my sister i would totally recommend this car!!" He has twin daughters, and the fact he sold me a janky ass car that left me on the side of the road. How would he feel if someone did that to his girls?????.......so i bought this car about 2 weeks ago from this place. everything was fine for about a week, then the engine light turned on. so i went to autozone to get it scanned and they said it was ... read more
I found a salesman to trust – I was scared to death about buying a car. My last experience five years ago was absolutely terrible. I spent hours waiting for an approval and got something that I hated for years. So I did my research this time and located a dealer with affordable cars that I thought that I might like. I went to Oregon Car Connection and I met a salesman named Tony. He was polite and listened. He let me drive five cars and when I decided which one I wanted...he worked with me and got me an affordable loan and a... read more
Affordable Car with no headache. – My old stuffer broke down. I needed a car and didnt want a bunch of headaches getting it. I tried craigslist and that was a nightmare on its own. Way too many liars on that website. I went to see some of the cars and some of these guys didnt even speak hardly any english. They lied and told me cars had good titles. They were reconstructed. My friend said try Oregon Car Connection. I went there. I was hesitant at first because they are on 82nd Avenue with all the other used cars. But this sc... read more
Good Guys with Low Prices – I live on a fixed income(I am retired) I needed a good car but I didnt want to waste money on a new one. So I shopped on AutoTrader and found a reasonable deal on a Corolla @ Oregon Car Connection. The guy was nice, polite and even paid for some gas for the test drive. I was in and out in under an hour. I appreciate the fact that he didnt bore me with stories or buffalo me with how great the car was. His name is Ken and he is a really good guy.
