I had good service at Toyota Halifax，my service advisor Grace Dai is really helpful.
I went in today asked for numbers for a plug in hybrid I wanted them to put the number 21000 that I was offered for my trade and $15000 but they aaid they couldnt without looking at my car I said I didn’t have time I said I’ll go elsewhere they laughed as I walked out with $35000 cash and finance for three years
Went there to see why my engine was shaking, and they got the diagnosis wrong the first time, which left me $850 out of pocket. The service people are nice, but I would expect that Toyota would know their own vehicles and rather than just pushing off the problem as an old service bulletin that didn’t fix anything and costing me a decent sum.
