Great service, Grace from the front desk was very nice and helpful.
Out of province people are unwelcome. Went into this dealership to see about trading in a Toyota. Was greeted by a sales person who greeted us well and spoke with us about the potential trade in and started to get the keys for the new vehicle for a test drive. He than came back and informed us that his manager said they would not take any out of province orders and simply handed us back our keys saying sorry. Justin Payne was great to deal with. He kept us in the loop at all times and sold us the best car out there X 2 (2026 hybrid XSE with tech package RAV4 , and 2026 hybrid Limited RAV4). Amazing vehicles. Glides on the highway. Very trustworthy SUV. Love the colour of both (storm cloud). XSE is black interior with blue stitching and Limited is beige interior. Very sharp and bright. Thanks Justin for coaching us through a 5 month wait for our dream cars.
