I strongly recommend looking for other options and avoiding this dealership. The service here has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I recently purchased a new RAV4 and paid extra to have a dashcam installed. Despite reminding them multiple times before my scheduled pickup, the installation was not completed on the agreed date. Picked up my 2025 Toyota Sienna XSE AWD yesterday — absolutely loving it! Big thanks to Dale Wilson (Product Advisor) and Victor (Financial Service Manager) at O’Regan’s Toyota Halifax for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dale was knowledgeable and friendly, helped me find the perfect trim, and Victor made the financing clear and easy. Couldn’t be happier with the experience or the new ride!
I would suggest find other options and DONOT visit this dealer store. Very poor and disappointing service. I bought a new car (Rav4) and paid them to install Dashcam. I had to change my pick up schedule as it wasn't done on the pick up date. I reminded thrice about this before I went to pick up.
