Atrocious customer service from Scott and horrendous communication from the rest of the dealership. After bringing my car in for an emergency appointment in early December, I was told I would get a diagnosis in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks they told me my car would likely be diagnosed the next day. After 4 weeks I was told (after trying to reach them for days with no luck) they had no idea when they would be getting to it, and after 5 weeks when I finally went in to retrieve my vehicle and bring it someplace else, I found it to be... read more
Scott was supremely helpful and transparent about the process and prices, and very generous with his time and energy in getting into the nuts and bolts of my little mini. 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome customer service by Scott and the Mini Halifax Service team that got my Mini back up and running after it sustained some damage to the TPMS system. Not a required system for any car but nice system to have to get the best and safest performance out of any tire.
Always a great experience here. Scott and the service team are the best.
