This has to be the worst place to get a car serviced. You book in for an oil change for the morning, they tell you that you need to leave it for the entire day, don’t offer you a loaner car but do offer to pay for a taxi, then they don’t contact you as soon as it’s ready to be picked up, assuming that you’re completely ok to be without a vehicle the entire day and you’re stranded at home. My gf purchased a Mini from Kevin. He was informative and thorough from start to finish. He even took time out of a busy day to drive her new car 20 minutes outside of Halifax since she's not comfortable driving in City traffic. Exceptional ! Thanks Kevin !
