My Service Experience with Brittany today was outstanding. Today I brought in our 2017 SLC300 Roadster to address a minor concern related to the Keyless Entry system. Brittany was able to have the concern diagnosed right away while I waited in the well-appointed customer lounge. In about half an hour, a report on the diagnostic revealed no major concerns, and the Red Seal technician, Drinor, also checked the health of the 12-V starter battery, which needed a little charging. Amazing staff! I’ve got a 2011 sprinter van and can’t say how happy I’ve been with the whole team when getting servicing done to my old van. Brittany has been amazing at helping me get my work done and communicating any issues while always having a solution. Tom and the team in the shop are top notch. Their knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair is way more than I’d expect. My van is 14 years old with very high Kms but I’m confident they’ll help me keep it on the road for years to come.
