I waited two months for an appointment brought my truck. Had it serviced, took it home a within an hour had the same error code. Called to set up an appointment to get issue resolved, and told next available appointment would be 17 days. Last time I will buy anything from you guy’s if this is the service you offer.
Average experience. They performed the inspection on my brand-new 2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV, then called me afterward to say they would not release the inspection sticker, despite having the required paperwork, including the out-of-province registration and a signed, certified transfer document. The customer service representative interrupted me, he "didn't care," and focused only on being "legitimate" rather than listening or helping resolve the situation. A frustrating waste of time and very poor customer service.
