Today was the first time I brought my wife's car at this dealership due to poor service at another Chevrolet dealer in Dartmouth. My experience at Oregans today was excellent. Kieryn Stewart was my service advisor. She made my experience 100 percent better from pervious times. Vehicle was in and out promptly and I was kept informed what was going on. This will.be the dealership I will use going forward.
Don’t buy a Cadillac from O’Regans. Had our 2025 Optiq in to have an alignment issue resolved three times. Nobody seems to know how to diagnose the issue, it seems to be a lot of guessing. Before purchase the sales person was asked by myself if they had a technician certified by Cadillac to repair their EV’s. It appears that much more training is required. I don’t believe an $80,000 luxury vehicle should violently pull to the left median on the highway as a normal condition. My Audi does not pull to the left on the same stre... read more
