TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Had an apt to buy a car tomorrow and had the plans for days and they sold it on us after we told them we were coming to get it. And after he confirmed with us today at noon. I would never buy anything from these jerks. I’ll take my 50 grand elsewhere.

Shout out to Mark Bell and Julian Nguyen for their support in a smooth interprovincial sale. My Cadillac was impeccably prepared by the time I flew in to pick it up and the transaction went smoothly thanks to their pre-sale efforts done over email and phone. They were also extremely helpful on a few minor post-sale issues, again over phone and email. Consequently I will strongly consider O'Regan's for a future Cadillac purchase even if it requires traveling across several provinces to get it.
