You got everything done in a fast time frame. The only problem is since having the vacuum serviced it doesn't click on and off corrrectly and sometimes it won't turn off unless I pull the cord from the wall. But I love the brand and the customer service have been great.

Provided great customer service! The technician showed me how to fix a common problem with Shark vacuum at no charge so I didn't need to leave it. He even carried both of my vacuums to car. Very helpful!

Very pleased with the orbital bonnet cleaner! Careful with the blue pad on hard wood floors. Almost took the finish off! It's heavy but a real work horse.
