Management company is the absolute worst. I would not waste your money on the lack of service to residents. They are completely unprofessional and only provide an endless list of excuses for all the communication and service issues.
Interior quality is good, real granite counter tops, floor is good, looks very modern. Designed by a well known builder!
$1400 per month for a tiny shit box I think not. This is down right greed and I can't believe the government hasn't stepped in.
