They were awesome through hurricane Irma. Great community
I've lived at Orchid Run for almost 2 years and I've received the best customer service since day one, starting with pre-construction. The Property Manager, Michelle and Maintenance Director are outstanding and take care of any concerns I have immediately. My neighbors are extremely friendly and I have not experienced any problems with noise. I have very high expectations and Orchid Run has met and exceeded every one of them. I look forward to calling Orchid Run home for a very long time.
Over priced tenement flop house.Huge dogs ,being walked leaving huge monuments in front of our patio.Dogs barking all day long,office was called numerous times.They go to the wrong apt or blame a service dog on the forth floor.This has been a very long year and I,m so pleased it's over.Dont be fooled by the smiles and amenities,after your in ,it all goes downhill.
Great place to live! An amazing staff and their maintenance crew is always on top of things!!
Read my post on yelp and google. This place is way overrated. Expensive and everything is cheap. The whole complex uses Century Link cable and none of the TVs in the gym or clubhouse (which has a so called little theater) work correctly. I went month to month because I am looking for a house and they jacked my rent up to what they call " fair market value" plus $150 a month. It went from $1700 with a garage to $2100.
