Great apartment complex. Pool is amazing! Easy access to highway. Perfect for pet owners and young professionals! Staff is wonderful too!

Sometimes we forget we live in an apartment, especially compared to the past two apartments we have lived in. Orchid run is clean, quiet, and beautiful. So thankful for a peaceful place to live �
It was a 5 star apartment complex with beautiful kitchens, stunning pool, and grounds when I first moved in. High tech gym and huge club house. However their grill is now closed indefinitely so I reduced it from 5 to 1 star. Not being able to grill at all is a deal killer for this Texas guy. If cooking out is not your thing then yes it's a place to stay.
It started off as a pleasure living at Orchid Run.. I been here two year now and can not wait to move out from what now has become a dump. Jeanette Beraldi (Property Manager) is cold, indifferent and condescending towards her tenants. Some would even say right out rude. People are leaving Orchid Run in droves.. I am counting the days till I no longer need to deal with a property manager that thinks a Band-Aid approach is a solution. Different social media sites will soon have more shares from me.
