This was a terrible experience. Rooms are subpar. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Surrounding area is loud. Staff is rude and not accommodating at all. This is like a roadside inn you would expect to pay $100 for and instead was charged almost $400/nt. I had booked a few days before and saw the rate was much lower than what I was being charged. Asked for a price match and they refused to make it right. Would never stay there again.
Great place to stay. Great location on Duval street.
We spent one night in Key West, and we chose this hotel for our stay. It is very well located on Duval St, right in the middle of all the action, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect balance for enjoying Key West while being able to relax and unwind.
We had a corner suite. Happy we booked here for a truly wonderful Key West stay. The room was super clean and preped really well. Nice pool and bar area that serves hot breakfast in the morning. Great location right in the middle of duval st. Parking is available as well as a Tesla charger. Thank you Orchid Inn for an amazing experience hope visit again.
Great place to stay!
