I've been live here for 13 years plus. As an one bedroom apartment, it has large living room compared to another apartment around this area. Especially, after MPM took over to manage this building, I am truly satisfied the way things taken care of every time I report the problem or request. Thanks to the owner Don and MPM staff for making my life comfortable and enjoyable. One thing I want to suggest is that, the basement (1009 Gilbert Rd) floor has been watery from the rain and it was worst last year due to too much rain. ... read more
