I would give it less if possible overcharged I lived there for over a year and never was one thing fixed that was promised to be fixed when I moved out I had to contact the owner about my security deposit and he sent me pictures of my apartment when I wasn’t fully moved out and still with in my lease meaning they went in there with out my permission or notice would not recommend will just be a headache

It is an older apartment complex, but kept up nicely. Very spacious two bedroom apartment at an extremely reasonable price. The building I live in is extremely quiet and with very friendly neighbors. Very kind landlord who was very accommodating with move in. I have not had to contact him with any problems at all during the year I have lived there. Absolutely no complains. It has been a wonderful place to live.
