RecommendedI have been here for almost four years, I love living at orchard grove apartment, very friendly residents, penny the apartment manager is very sweet and cares for her residents and makes sure everything is working properly in our unit, they are very quick and efficient getting things done in the apartment if breaks down. We love having free washing and drying at the apartment complex when they have it on occasion.

Orchard Grove is the only place I’ve ever lived where I renewed my lease. It’s quiet, safe, & friendly. Penny, the office manager, is always helpful and cares about all of the residents. It’s dog-friendly & right in the middle of a great community!

I'm on my third year living and loving Orchard Grove apts.. the complex is nice quiet and safe. Penny (the office manager) is one of the nicest person you'll meet and she loves pets... My doggie loves her too!!. The maintenance personal is friendly and honest... They really do a good job keeping the property nice...
I like living at Orchard Grove, pretty peaceful area, not a lot of noise. Rent price is fairly competitive for the area. Ive been at Orchard Grove for 3 years and am happy with it.

The community is awesome. Orchard CT has some parking issues with other tenants from the other buildings, but other than that, it's a cool place to live.
