This company is impossible to get in touch with. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a hospital bed picked up. I am on hold every time I call for at least 30 minutes and then the person who answers says someone will have to get back to me to schedule. I have also emailed them several times and have never received a response about picking up the bed.
The worst service I have ever experienced. Do not purchase from this company. No response to website inquiries, emails and phone messages. After three weeks of trying to speak to a live person I waited on hold for over two hours. I was then charged a $95 service fee to be put on a list to receive a call to be placed on the service schedule. Never received that call.
