I contacted the company at approximately 10;00 a.m., concerning renting a recliner/sleeper and it was delivered by 12:15. James delivered the chair, set it up in my requested space, removed all of the plastic wrapping and discarded it. James was very professional and courteous. thank you James. Kenneth
