I have been purchasing CPAP products from the CPAPSTORE for well over 5 years now. On November 14th 2023 I went to purchase a new CPAP machine and told the associate which model I had and how it worked great for me. I ordered a full face sleep apnea mask from cpapstoreusa.com and received a nose pillow mask even though the accompanying invoice had the correct mask. I contacted customer service by email and included a picture of the wrong item and the shipping info. Their response was that the box was opened and they had a no return policy for open items. Made a purchase for $11.99 shipping was to be free, product did not fit and I returned it and reordered the correct clip. I paid the return shipping of less than $1.00. I was given a partial refund of $8.00. when I called them, I was told they kept $3.99 to cover their shipping. I asked that they send me a copy of this policy that the customer would be aware of when ordering. They called me back and said they could not find anything.

I purchased Cpap mask and Sanitizer Sleep 8 from cpapstoreusa for my dad, it works great, so much easier to clean the tubing from insight now. Also their customer service is amazing!

I was in need of a portable CPAP machine that I could use when traveling. I stopped in at the store and checked out all the products and purchased a new machine, travel case, mask and cleaning machine. After a week, I called the store to inform them I would be returning the product because it was too dehydrating. On my next trip, I returned the CPAP machine and was informed I'd receive a refund minus a 30% restocking fee. So much for a money back guarantee!
