this is the biggest piece of crap company I've ever dealt with. Tom from Service Parts is a complete and utter moron. he's a liar and talks down to you on the phone. he won't even call me back because he's scared of me
The customer service is the best.
I am the school nurse at Walnut Hill Elementary school. I spoke with Mr. Clay about donating a wheelchair to our clinic without hesitation he said let me see what I can do. He called me back before the end of day and told me he had a wheelchair for us! Thank you so much!! I will definitely go to Clay home medical for my medical needs!

I had been recommending ClayHomeMedical to my patients for many years and shopping for lab coats and medical supplies for myself (I am a healthcare provider). In recent years, I have been using a CPAP machine and the staff has been helpful, kind and surprising fast on return phone calls. I do like the selection of home aids for persons who face physical challenges and I have even purchased a few for myself. Some of the prices are a little high for the average person.
