Ive had great experience with the employees. The only issues I have is that they rarely have the color of my uniform tops. Its very hatd to find them there. It would be great if they had more hot pink like colors. Other than that I'm satisfied with Clay.

Professional, Caring staff with many years of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend Clay Home Medical. The owner and staff give you personal attention and service. Thankful for their service and products.
So far I have nothing but good things to say about Clay Home! Liz the Respiratory Specialist was more than helpful, and When giving my the coarse on my Cpap Machine she also taught my daughter aswell! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I have spent my career teaching Residents @ Emory Univ School of Medicine not only their specialty, but I tried to incorporate compassion into their training. I see this end-result in every single employee @ Clay Home Medical. Everytime I require their services, they treat me with ultimate dignity, respect, and professionalism. A rating of 4.5 stars doesn't do them justice, they are a 5.0 star company. And no I'm not the owner's cousin.

Stay out of the way of the Delivery Drivers, they will hit you, lie and disrespect you all in the same day! The company doesn't want to take any responsibility for the actions of the drivers, nor do they want to help resolve this matter. Probably gave the guy a raise and promotion! Staff at the counter was not knowledgeable in company policy or procedures, smh....train your staff all the way around!!!!!!
