Everyone who works here is just so nice and I look forward to my appointments.
Dr. Woodward is an amazing doctor with wonderful doctor/patient protocol. However, the support staff was curse, demeaning and kept me waiting for long periods of time. I was not given proper information on the phone prior to the appointment. Therefore I was unprepared to fill out new patient forms even though I am a long-time patient. I was told my history and records “did not rollover”. Technicians communicated with me as if I were child.
