Go on the website and they’ll ask you to put your phone number in. Then they will call you non stop and rope you in to a free class. This is what happened to me. Went to the free class and although it was super intense I enjoyed it. Coach abbey was great. Then they tried to lock me in for a monthly membership in which the prices were insane. Long term it’s not for me but the staff are super helpful
The trainers are super nice and helpful, the atmosphere is awesome too
