Piss poor follow up. I had nearly lost my voice from throat surgery and the nurse assigned for my follow up call was aggressively callous and rude when she made the call because I could barely speak, she took offense to my raspy voice and hung up on me. I needed to go to the ER to get treatment after that. Seriously, I should have gone in there later and demanded an apology at the least. They weren't much better in the pre-operative prep time either, rough and abrasive doesn't constitute efficiency, but they seem to think so... read more
