When I talked to Jessica on the phone yesterday, I told her that I would have three visitors with me and asked if that would be ok. She told me it would be fine as they were allowing visitors now. Inconsiderate, UNPROFESSIONAL. My child was scheduled to have surgery here. Was told to be there at 6am. After waiting until 6:20am, when an employee finally arrived, found out that it had changed to 11am. I asked Ms. Jones to please schedule ear;y am, was told she accomadate my request, then while in the parking lot at 6:25am, was told that it had been rescheduled. My coworkers took great care of me today. Want to thank y'all. It was great being pampered. Thanks to my awesome Dr Gould for fixing my ankle and Dr Baggett for the great nerve block. Thanks to Christi, Risë, Vickie, Michael, Heidi, Desiree ,Tabitha, Holly and of course my administrator Alisa. See y'all soon. �� And Jim for bringing me home.
The staff was amazing all the doctors and nurses made me feel extremely comfortable one of the best experiences I've had in a very long time.
The staff was very sweet. Nurse Deb was great and bubbly. It helped with the nerves I was having. Noralyn as well she made me feel so much more comfortable with how my anesthesia was going to go. Nurse Christi took care of me afterwards when I was very nauseous from anesthesia. The whole staff had such amazing personalities and it made the whole experience so much more relaxing.

3 year old stuck 21 times for 1 IV... Dr. or Staff don't seem to care.... I do!
