I had hip replacement surgery 2 weeks ago, and I have to say the people at Orange Park were the most caring, wonderful group I have ever encountered, from the surgery center to the hospital staff. The nurses that took care of me were awesome, particularly Lisa and Gretchen ( I wish I knew their last names). They treated me as if I was their only patient. I couldn't have had better care! It was truly the best hospital experience I have had!
Right outside pre-op rooms, people basically yelling, no consideration for the patients!
I was happy! My mom was treated well, we didn't have to wait but five minutes to get registered and just a few more to get into surgery! Everybody was nice and it was clean!!! Thank you for your services!
Excellent experience - all the staff were wonderful and kind from the moment I walked in the door until I left after my procedure! They explained everything that was going on in a clear and concise way. Highly recommend for outpatient services. Thank you all.
