—Canceled and rescheduled on me once on day of appointment. —They said they would call a different office to obtain records and they never did...only found out because I called on day of my appointment to confirm. —Showed up and was informed they don’t take my insurance...which makes no sense because I asked when I booked the appointment (about 4 months out no less) and it wasn’t a problem then. —Bottom line, 4 months of planning and showed up for nothing. Total waste of time. Find somebody else.
Great Experience. Saw Dr. Shaban 5 years ago and again this year. Staff took care of me when I wasn't feeling great.
Dr Shaban is an amazing doctor, has an excellent nursing staff and PA. Please do not let the administrative staff dissuade you from seeing this doctor. Customer service from the front desk staff is lacking but this doctor provides excellent care. I have been a patient for over 17 years!
Waited a month to get into see him. Called and confirmed the day of the appointment and was told I would have to pay cash. Called my insurance and they informed me that Dr Ahmads office was wrong, with the insurance I have not only is he in network, but I have 0 pay. Sounds to me like someone needs the cash, stay away there are to many other quality gastroenterologist in the area to be treated like that. The receptionist was probably one of the most rude people I've ever talked to in a Dr. office. Horrie
