Very, very responsive!!! Check this out: my garage door wouldn't open (broken springs). I first reached out to John at 5:35 p.m., after normal business hours for every other business, right? He came, and completed the repair in its entirety...at 6:10 p.m. that same evening!! Consider me a happy and satisfied customer! I would definitely utilize his services again and again.
