At first I was worried. Seemed that my garage door squeaking didn't want to follow normal protocol and be solved with the simple solutions. Thankfully, Tal from OC Garage Doors had an idea for my door and it worked! He showed up on time, was quick, explained what he did, and the price seemed fair to me. Will definitely be calling him again whenever I have garage door issues.

I felt like I was horribly overcharged and they took advantage of me......$620.00 just to replace the springs, and they didn't take the old springs away. It took less than 40 mins to complete the job. I asked for a discount and didn't receive one. Not happy, would not recommend them.

My garage door springs and cable wires snapped at 8 p.m. at night I had such a full schedule the next day as I went on Angie's List I found Orange County garage door who is open 24/7 John was very courteous on the phone and was able to get to my house within an hour by 10:30 11:00 my garage door was fixed and up and running what company would come out late at night to fix a garage door Orange County garage door wood they are fabulous I recommend them very highly John was very professional and was very pleased with the work h... read more

Replaced the door opener and got an unprofessional Installer who left a mess in my garage, and he threw away the owner's manual and warranty information that I had to retrieve from the trash can. He seemed to in a hurry and I hope there will be no problems from this rushed installation (he did not even put in the bulb for the opener).

The springs broke on our garage door with a car inside. Even though it was in the morning, I couldn't get calls returned, or a same day appointment from the other 3 companies I called. I called OC Garage Doors at around 11, and Tal was at our house by 2, and the door was fixed by 2:30. Very professional and he did a good job.
