John came within two ours of our call on a Sunday. He replaced the springs on our garage door quickly. He was professional and friendly. We are very satisfied!
Came the next day and fixed our problem.
Our spring on our garage door broke which trapped one of our cars inside the garage which is obviously a major inconvenience around a holiday. John came within an hour of my call and replaced the spring and did a full service on the door in about 30 minutes. Very professional and well priced.
Called John Thursday evening and he came out Friday morning and fixed my garage door by replacing two springs. Good job. Very professional!
Great experience working with John and his team. They responded to our initial call within an hour even though we called at 8pm. They fixed the immediate issue with cable and ordered replacement springs. Showed up exactly on time and were great to work with as they replaced springs. We will gladly recommend them to our neighbors.

Terrible! Rip off! Apparently this company subcontracts work. I was told that my spring had broke and that's why my door wouldn't open. The subcontractor that arrived had a middle eastern accent so very hard to understand. He started naming parts & costs. He then said total would be $375. Since I needed my car out & didn't have time to wait for another company, I authorized the work. When it came time to pay he said total is $453. I indicated you told me $375 & he said yes, but I told you the spring is $75. Never do business... read more
John the owner of Orange County Garage Doors showed up on time and I should add that it was easy to setup an appointment and get a quote from him via email. He responded very promptly to my requests through Yelp. He installed new springs, and a center bearing. He also balanced the door, serviced the cables, fixed a bracket on the door, added a new bolt at my request to a center bracket and set the door positions.
