The customer service before the installation was amazing. Christian was great. His guys work quality and his follow up to my issues unfortunately were very disappointing. Defected pieces of wood were installed and many loose planks of wood are leaving me less than satisfied. I have over a hundred extra square feet of hardwood new in the box, with defected pieces installed. I paid a premium to have top quality work and they took all the shortcuts. I wish I knew of this service before paying over 5k for installation only.
Very professional, reliable did a great job on our laminate floors installation. They were efficient, finished the project in one day, picked up all the trash, very polite. Will definitely use again in the future.
