We had a great experience with Dr. Pruitt with the oral team!!! He was awesome!!
Great office and dental staff
HORRIBLE patient/ customer service. The front desk girl, Lorely was rude and unprofessional and her attitude regarding payment of service was completely unacceptable. She literally said “ I’m ready to collect” to me after she could visibly see how upset I was that my insurance company hadn’t added my son to my plan and was more concerned with collecting her copay. Hopefully the doctors here will realize what kind of people they choose to employ and how detrimental people like her could be to their practice.
I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and the entire experience went really well. I was sedated, and the procedure was smooth from start to finish. I understand everyone heals differently, but I was fortunate not to have any pain or soreness afterward. The doctor and staff took great care of me, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this clinic. My referral was processed quickly and both the staff who called to schedule me and the staff in clinic were all professional and friendly. I had a complicated wisdom tooth removal with Dr. Zuniga and he was fantastic. Other surgeons told me they couldn’t help me, so I was referred to Zuniga. So glad I was.
