Excellent service, the staff very kind and patient.
Not the best experience one could have. The "receptionists" sit in their chairs while you stand waiting to check in. Just as if you are not there at all. Invisible. Rather than saying "I'll be with you in just a moment," they don't even make eye contact with you until they are ready. I find this reprehensible since were it not for their patients, they would not have a job.
Optum physical therapy is the best. Tracy really knows her job
I recommend all new friends to join me at this medical group for good care.
