I am very disappointed that my doctor’s appointment got cancelled last minute, especially after waiting months to see a doctor. Optum, please improve your communication timeline. Changing doctors.
I was pleased with the service rendered.
My calls don’t even go through to make an appointment and it is within working hrs.
The quality of care at this facility has been in decline. I loved being under the care of Dr. Mohageg, but she left Optum months ago. I was assigned another pcp who is always booked. The last 2 doctors that did have availability at this facility made me feel like I was a burden and that my problem was not important.
