Clinic used to be great now staff differs every time. Always need appointments even on labs and serious medical issues. Doctor is not compassionate like the previous and never available. Dismissive on the patients. Would not recommend this clinic find somewhere else. I hope staff can improve this clinic used to be great location and service. Now not even location is worth the type of care for patients.
Before optum this clinic was great. Now this clinic sucks. The staff don't remember you. The staff is constantly rotating. You are just a number here. I got my lab results and I still don't know what they mean. Till this day No one's has reached out to explain what happened. Apparently my cholesterol is 199 and they still don't care. Before I kill myself, I just want you all to know that. If you go in with mental illness the staff won't turn you away but they will be scared of you the whole time.
