Excellent optometrists, but waiting for someone with the tv on is pretty awful. Turn it off!
Waited 3 months for my appointment. On the way to appointment was held up by road being blocked by police with a stop on the overpass. Made me 7 minutes late for my 1st appointment. The receptionist said I would have to reschedule my appointment for August which is 4 more months out. She was not accommodating what so ever. Said because it is my first visit there would be paperwork to fill out, I asked to fill it out now for the future visit it took me 2 minutes to fill out the sheet of paper. Love Dr. Sherry Audycki however the office's ability to communicate is horrible. I've never had an optometrist office send out a "you're overdue" message 2 months after I'm due for an exam and then tell me they're booking 3months out making it impossible for me to reorder contacts when needed due to ridiculous state law. A law they never bothered to tell me about as a new contact wearer. Had I been aware of the law I would have been more on top of scheduling my annual exam. Employees will speed out of parking lots almost causing accidents be warned driving near here especially on January 24th around 11:30 at night if there’s a bmw pulling out of the parking lot at 40 mph
