The greeting from the staff at the front desk is cheerful and very helpful. As a former MD I thought I understood what was happening to me, until Dr Cam McCrodan opened my eyes to new possibilities; then he showed me how he could help me - and not just with my vision. Cam is brilliant, but he is also very friendly and again, very helpful. I first visited Opto-Mization on April 29th of 2025. For me, it was a gamble—I had already tried everything except a combination of prism lenses and vision therapy (VT). I wore Neurolens, other prism lenses from renowned specialists, and even tried VT separately, but nothing ever gave me satisfaction. My entire family sees Dr McCrodan. My kids can now focus and comfortably complete their homework. His work with post concussion syndrome is also life changing. Dr Cam is compassionate, and personable. I always recommend his clinic to anyone with vision problems.

Since it was my first ever optometrist appointment, I had no idea what to expect but their very kind and professional staff guided me through the whole process so efficiently and made it as easy as possible, even though I needed an extensive, very complicated exam. From reception, exams, choosing the frame to payment, their friendly environment made the experience feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend!!
