I'm a new patient to this clinic and had Kim as my hygienist and Dr. Russell as my dentist. They both earn the highest ratings from me! I highly recommend North Benton Dental Care.
Your staff does a great job from the front desk all the way back. The front desk staff, dental assistant, and the dentists themselves all exhibit fine customer service. Today I received "Royal Treatment" with a crown plus cleaning and cavity. All did great, and I liked the music too! Thanks to all your fine staff. Dr. Schad would be proud of the excellent care and service coming from the clinic he started.
As a new resident to the Sartell area, I received a referral from our daughter to try North Benton Dental Care. The new patient care I received was excellent. Everyone was very friendly--from the front desk to Ashley to Dr. Johnson. I was very impressed with the technology and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. Johnson was very respectful & very thorough during my initial exam. My husband is going to be the next new patient at North Benton Dental Care!

I've seen both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Russell for everything from checkups to crowns and a root canal and I am very pleased with their work. They let you know up front what the costs will be. They are concerned with your comfort during the procedure and cosmetically the results look great. I would not hesitate referring them to anyone.
I am always a little apprehensive when I go in for my 6 month preventive maintenance because I am expecting to have some kind of problem with my teeth. This is wrong. I had a good review and a good experience. My teeth are doing well because of the care I get at North Benton Dental. I have hope and will be more diligent on my home care.
Everyone is friendly, informative and very professional.
