I have sensitive gums. They work carefully around those areas that are touchy. Even with that the cleaning is very thorough. Pleased with the quality of care.

This clinic convinced me that sanitary practice is a top priority. Also its equipment is state of the art. The person who cleaned my teeth was very skilled at "warning" me as she proceeded to work through my teeth. I was overdue for a cleaning but it was painless. An added plus was that Ii wasn't subjected to horrible lyrics in oldies music or any other genre that is an extreme . . just relaxing and quiet instrumentals.
North Benton Dental has been a great find for me. I have no dental insurance, so I needed a plan to follow. They are reasonable and they care about you. A1 customer service. Thanks.
The TEAM at North Benton Dental take excellent care from the initial phone call with Ms. Paula greeting the phone with a very pleasant voice to answer my questions and to help make the appointment to start my experience at the office. I called on a Friday, which is a half day for the clinic. I had a painful emergency and the staff members from every department were so empathetic to my needs. They worked me in to see the Dr. and we're all so kind and compassionate. They then got me a referral to centrasota where they too were kind and efficient. I can't think of one thing they could have done any better. I am grateful for the wonderful care.
