I always enjoy my dentist Dr. Russel. He is very caring and funny and professional. I feel comfortable when I go to the dentist. The staff and hygienist are all wonderful ladies, Very helpful and kind. I am glad I came to them years ago. They are the best!
Walked in at 7:45 am and walked out by 8:30 am. Staff was professional and courteous. Good group of folk.
Jessica does a very thorough job and explains as she goes along.
I had Brittany as my hygienist. Had not had her before. She was kind and she made me feel relaxed. She's nice.
Everyone was wonderful. The receptionist was very friendly & attentive. Stephanie was wonderful at explaining things, professional, yet still added a personalized aspect to her care. Dr Johnson was very thorough and approachable. He is taking his time to come up with the best possible treatment plan and I have the utmost respect for that. Overall, this was a wonderful experience on how to deliver exceptional customer service!
Our hygienist was very friendly and helpful and so was the front staff.
