I signed up with this debt resolution business because they said there was no interest charged and my debt would be taken care of in 3 & half years. I've been with them over 2 years have paid in around 8,000 $ and they have not resolved even one debt. I can no longer make the payments to them for this so I canceled this on May 5, I was told I would receive what was left of my money in 7 days, or give it 2 weeks and it would be back in my bank account. I never write reviews but this one is something I feel I need to share so that others can stay far away from not only Option 1 Legal but any debt consolidation program. I was paying this company for 3 years and they only settled 1 of the 4 cards I had in the program. I paid them over $12,000 for them to pay $1,000 worth of the debt. The communication within the company is horrible which leads to incorrect information given, tasks are not completed and if they are, they are not completed properly. I started with this company in 08/2019, they have settled 3 accounts which I could have did myself. Yes, I missed a few payments but altogether I paid them approximately $7,000. Every time I asked a questions regarding my account I was told that my accounts are in litigation. NOT!!! They have not did anything to my satisfaction. Requested that once an account came to an agreement to pay it in full if the funds are available instead they set up a payment plan to be drawn out for 2 years. They are crooks took my money did nothing for me When I opted out took 3 quarters of my money never do business with these people will cost you money for no results.

I feel sick. I wish I would've checked the BBB before signing up with this company. I have been in this program for 18 months, and they've done absolutely nothing. Not only that, I'm now getting garnished because they never actually handled the debt and I've paid them nearly $6K. SCAM. Why are these thieves still in business?!

They are certainly not what they say they are. They promise 50 to 75% reduction in your credit card balances and they quote you a monthly payment and a start and stop date. My last payment was suppose to be made this month and they still haven't settled one of the cards. On top of that I myself could have negotiated the 3 cards they have already settled. One they settled for only 30% reduction and the others were flat 50%. However those settlements came to me first. I could have done it myself and avoided the several thousan... read more

Should be a no star. They don't do what they say they will do. Did not negotiate any payoffs for me when I told them funds were available. Paid almost 5k dollars into this program and all I'm getting back is just shy of 1k dollars after canceling the program to negotiate on my own. Never contacted the collection companies. All they do is waste your time and let lawsuits get filled against you. They should give me all my money back but they won't!
