Do Not Use this Company for Debt Consolidation. I paid $450 for almost three years ?? one of there tricks is they do get a lower settlement once you agree and they make the payments for you they adjust your account back to the amount of the original debt. I finally closed my account almost two months ago and contacted the credit card company myself. These People are CROOKS!!! The contract I signed with them said they would resolve and pay off my 7 card accounts with 40 payments. I have 12 payments left and so far, they have paid off 1 account and making payments on 2 others. There are, at this time, with 12 payments left, almost $19000 in debts left unpaid. I am canceling my payments from my bank. Did not resolve my issues. Only settled 2 accounts for around 1200 when I paid 340 for almost 30 months. No return calls, no help.

This has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. I am 73 and lost my business and my debts were piling up. I received a phone call that I felt would change my life to the better! NO WAY these people are crooks. To date they have taken over $7,000 of my money. And their information I am finding out now on their Portal is Bogus. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVED! In 2019 I had excellent credit and had never missed a payment but was paying a lot per month and not making a dent so i thought I was being responsible by enrolling in a debt consolidation program. This program is NOT a legitimate debt consolidation program. They have hanged the company a few times and it is owned by a law firm who you cannot contact. Awful experience. Lost thousands of dollars and prolonged an already terrible financial situation. Stay away. Even some of their employees warned me at certain points, but I tried trusting the process. I shouldn't have. Ended up having to file bankruptcy.

Biggest mistake ever was signing up with Option1legal to resolve my debt. When I signed on with them I thought they were a legitimate debt consolidation company. They are not! They are a sham and a fraud. All they are is a legal firm masquerading as a debt consolidation program. They promised to resolve my $19000 in debt for around $15000. After paying 2 years into the program and working extra hard to add money over those 2 years I thought I would be able to settle my debts. This was the absolute worst thing I have ever done. They literally paid off one tiny debt. I have been in the program for 2.5 years now my husbands wages are being garnished. I already pulled another card from them last month and paid it off. So literally after paying 11,000 in 2. 5 years they have paid off a little over 1,000. I have one more card about to garnish my wages only good thing is only one debt can garnish at a time so maybe they can do their jobs with the ready of the cards in the mean time

Same here if I could give them a ZERO I would such a run around company. They can't seem to accomplish ANYTHING. We paid off our debts over 4 months ago to them and they still can't seem to FInish the job. I wouldn't deal with these people ever again. There is no communication between ANYONE to get the job done.
