Optimus Eye Care should actually be called Suboptimal Eye Care. I had my initial examination with Dr. Khuat late on a Saturday afternoon. The exam felt rushed, and when we were at the phoropter ("is 1 or 2 better?" machine), I mentioned that we never got to a lens that produced a crisp, sharp view. I was given a reason that didn't make sense and asked for clarifying information. The same reason was restated with different words, so I gave up. My partner and I needed an eye exam and booked with Dr. Dung Khuat. 10/10 appointment. There was good communication over the phone and during the appointment. Everything went smoothly and we felt comfortable. There’s a wide selection of glasses also. Will be recommending to friends and family.
I’m 28 and this was the best optometrist visit I have had to date. Dr.Dung was thorough and informative, but kind and helpful. Definitely my go to from now on.
