My mother and I went to Optimum RV in Ocala and had no idea what we really wanted. Lenny to the rescue!!! He listened to our likes and dislikes and never complained about the scorching heat when we asked to look at yet another travel trailer. He helped us find the perfect one!!!! Lenny was kind, entertaining and not "just a salesman". When my mom talks about finding her travel trailer she talks about Lenny all the time, people have asked if he is a cousin! Stay away.....stay far away. I should have follow my first instincts when I walked in and saw the clutter! Our salesperson was pleasant enough but that's pretty much where it stops! We purchased a 5th wheel so we needed the hitch for our truck. First strike! We order the hitch from optimum, they promise us a great deal. We pay in full with a credit card, well on the way home we stop by Campers World. No intentions of looking at the hitch, we were there for other things. No problem! We got a great deal! Linda is our service rep she is a great asset to optimum rv she is hands on with you and treats you like family instead of a number answers any questions or concerns. She definitely gets five stars in our book highly recommend this place of service
We recently purchased a camper from Optimum Ocala. It was an excellent experience. We especially appreciated Gabe in sales and Eric who gave us a lesson on how the camper works. Great guys.
Would not buy from here. I told them I was driving from Miami. They said the day before it was in stock. A trailmanor, which is still on their website and traderv. Been on there for months.. apparently they sold it the day before. Bait you to get there then try and sell you something else. Edit** They said they sold it last Saturday when we got there, after telling us they had it in stock the day before. The ad is still on their website. No body mentioned a deposit. BAIT AND SWITCH. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. ... read more
