First of all, the deal was pretty good. It was all they did AFTER the sale that made it such that I would recommend finding a better dealer --that price on the front end isnt the whole story. well to put bluntly the service department are liars, lazy and can't seemed to be bothered to do their job. I have our travel trailer in their for over 3 month for warranty work and every time we call it goes straight to voicemail with no return call, this has been going on for 2 weeks now. Ask to speak to manager and fed line of BS why they can't take calls. I would highly recommend never buying from them once you do they could care less about you and don't even have enough respect to call you back.

I was very unhappy to hear I had to wait in a line of people after driving a hour, just to get a salesman. Selection was great, gave me a good deal. My salesman Kiefer was a hoot, make it very fun.

left s deposit on friday at the bushnell dealership, the salesman went to Ocala to pick up the motorhome on saturday, we made a deal, on saturday, went in sunday to do the paper work, only to find out someone in Ocala offered them more money, so they would not honor our deal, this place sucks, would not buy from them if they gave it to me. it's all about the numbers,

Madison Nelson is someone who got someone who has never been here to leave a false review. She's in love with the drama and hates her job here. I know because she complained about it frequently. Beware of false reviews accredited to Madison Nelson almost as fake as most things she believes to know as truth.

I drove 1 Hour to see / buy a motorhome. When I arrived , it had 4 ( maybe 6 ) almost flat tires , 1/8" of dirt on whole dash area , filth in many areas , dead batteries , and was $10,000 ! Days later , I was told , by the GM , that it was not even for sale , and was being WHOLESALED , even though the (many ) ads , said different ! I looked at 2 others while there that ALSO had dead batteries. Later , I called back to complain to GM , and one salesman CLAIMED he was the GM , and told me many lies ... Crooked operation! Called Cody (salesperson at Ocala location) on advertised price, agreed to pay advertised price (even though they removed a $2k tri-fold couch). Willing to drive over 3000 miles to pick up. At the 11th hour when asking for P.O. to get check from my Credit Union, they add a $2000 Freight & Setup fee which after a little bit of digging is actually a Pack (money directly to the owner - Denver). If I could give negative stars, I would!!! Stay away from Optimum RV! If you are considering purchasing from them please do your research! Read reviews and read BBB complaints. We almost purchased from them and thank goodness we purchased from somewhere else. They are completely dishonest and extremely unprofessional!
