If I could say two things. Would not even give it one star if I c=old. Second is do not purchase a RV from them. Once purchased you are Dead. No customer service to speak of. Even if you purchased all the extended services they are useless. DO Not BUY FROM Them
If you like high pressure sales, being misled by salesman and sales managers, low trade value and paying more for a rv than you might if you shop around; then this is your one place to stop and shop. We have bought and traded with Optimum of Ocala in the past and they were very customer oriented. Our recent experience proved that their priorities, as they have grown, have changed to profit oriented. Left a message to speak with the general manager who never returned our call.
If you are considering to purchase an RV from Optimum RV, please do yourself a favor and check and pay attention to the reviews. My husband and I did not do that and we are regretting that mistake.
This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. They have extremely deceptive practices and lack any customer service skills. If you want to be lied to regularly and have horrible customer service then buy an RV at Optimum. Every time I have gone to Optimum I see other customers very upset and unhappy. We purchased a 2020 Keystone Carbon back in May/June of 2021 at the Ocala Optimum RV location. We asked to do a visual inspection of the roof and they denied us that due to liability but then stated that the Service Technician would walk it and take pictures and a video and send us a copy. They also claim and gloat that they make sure they seal all of the equipment and cracks on the roof before every unit goes off the lot. I visited the Optima dealership in Ocala, Florida. My sales person Kyler was excellent . I was impressed with the excellent inventory. Even though I did not purchase I definitely plan to return to this dealership.

If there was an options for a negative star it would be my choice! I have never in my life dealt with such a horrible company. They lead us on for weeks and weeks leaving us without a place to live without a single care. You can never speak to the same person. One lie covers the next.
