Worst RV lot I've ever been to. Sales rep didn't know where RV were parted. Sales manager extremely pushy and unprofessional. Would not listen. People on lot too worried about lunch to assist. Don't waste your time coming here.
We purchased a Damon Tuscany motorhome from the Pottstown location on 9/29/2025 and paid in full with no lien or loan. We still have not received a title, and every time we talk to someone at the dealership (the title person, the sales person, the general manager) we get a different answer (it’s in the mail, the state is working on it, the previous owner’s bank hasn’t processed the payoff, we have “positive movement”, you’ll have it soon, the bank mailed the title to the old owner and they have been sitting on it since Nov... read more

WARNING Optimum RV not above board, once they have your money and a defective RV off their lot your nobody! Day 3 opened up the RV for the first time to enjoy setting it up to learn they Optimum RV sold me a RV not safe to be in much less go camping in! They sold it with a known BAD battery. A over voltage fault on a control panel it's a warranty issue that can cause fire not addressed. Set up the RV in a bad location not all faults noticed. We bought an RV from Optimum and because we are new to the RV world, we are naive. Because of this, we've had to learn the hard way. Starting with the day of deliver, we were first told that it would be delivered by 10:00 am. So, I took the morning off from work. By 2 pm, it still had not been delivered so I called them. They told me, " we don't know where it is itgot picked up earlier". After calling two or three different people at optimum we finally got the answer and the RB was delivered at 6:30 p.m. that day. My store was Bushnell Fl. Horrible!!!! Smoke and mirrors. Do NOTHING they say… was given the Bum’s Rush….. couldn’t even look at it until they got my deposit. This was on a Friday afternoon… guess they needed to make payroll! Then I was rushed through, this is my first experience with an RV of any kind.
