Oh my goodness, Patrick is amazing! I had no idea how much PT would help. After only 4 sessions my range of motion is 15-20 degrees better. I have zero pain! I recommend Patrick and Optimal Physical Therapy to anyone needing PT or think you don’t... office staff is awesome also!
When I first came to physical therapy I was so concerned that I would never get my abilities back but they worked with me very slowly and very steadily and I got more abilities that than I ever dreamed my pain levels nearly zero now even though I can't do everything I want to do I can do everything I can do and I thank God for all their help.
Yesterday was my last visit for this series. It was a very good experience as the entire staff made me comfortable and part of the team. When I started therapy my attitude was "I can't do that". Finishing it I now know "I CAN do that". Thanks, Optimal. I now feel stronger and younger.
If you can pick your place for physical therapy, pick Optimal. Starting with the receptionists--everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing. Terri and Robert were so encouraging and helpful. It is an upbeat place!
