RecommendedKayla is awesome! I have been diligent about my exercises at home but I am so glad I came here for PT also. I am staying in Amarillo with my sister to recover from Knee replacement surgery. I am glad my doctor sent me here! It’s only five minutes from my sisters house but why am very glad is because Kayla is an awesome PT! I’m only 10 days out of surgery and I am well enough I can start trying to use my cane instead of the walker!

I had it in my head I was not going to unfreeze my shoulder, but Kayla said yes we were n she did it n does work. I also like Camille too, she was working on other people, but me n those two, Kayla n Camille, they were great, n it was just a fun hard working time. Loved it n going back !!!😊😊😊

I came to Optimal for rehab after my knee replacement surgery. The office personnel are very professional and friendly. Patrick is an amazing therapist. Terrie also worked with me and she is great. They are compassionate about helping their clients reach their goals. I never dreaded going to PT because I felt better each time I did therapy. I highly recommend Optimal. Thanks to each of you at Optimal.
I am so thankful for the therapist at Optimal! This is a little late, but I owe my success of being able to get my life back. Ashley and Terry were awesome and especialy Terry she was so patient with me. Especially after I had a set back, (my fault I fell and busted my knee back open at home). 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who needs Physical Therapy!! I went in thinking I had tennis elbow, when really it turned out to be my neck causing the pain!! Thanks to my physical therapist Robert I feel 100% again!!
